Payton Dicks, a soon-to-be grade seven student at Churchill Academy, will be representing Nova Scotia, and Canada at the upcoming Canoe Kayak world championships on Lake Banook, racing in the PaddleAll program!

The world championships begin Wednesday, August 3rd, with PaddleAll races kicking off on Thursday, the 4th. The event is open to the public, and all are encouraged to come and watch.

Churchill alumni Xavier Tyler will also be competing!
